Dear Friends,
Voting is in FULL swing! The election might be on November 3rd but there’s already been record-breaking turnout for early voters, especially among Democrats. If voters continue this momentum, we’ll have much-needed change in the White House, the Congress, and more!
This year, it’s more important than ever to vote early! Voting early and using a dropbox means:
— No wondering if your ballot got there on time
— No standing in crowded lines – stay healthy and avoid potentially bad weather
— No question whether your voice is being heard
October 31st is the LAST day to vote early in-person. Dropboxes are open through November 3rd at 7pm. Those ballots are counted when they are received.
Voting is easy! Do it your way! There are 4 options:
1. Absentee Ballot (Mail In)
The ballot must be received, not postmarked, by November 3rd.
2. Absentee Ballot (Drop Off)
Drop-off boxes are open now and counted when received! For the nearest drop box to you, click here: https://vote.arlingtonva.us/Vote-by-Mail/ballot-drop-off
3. In-Person Absentee Ballot
— Open during location hours: Vote in-person at 2200 Clarendon Blvd.
— Open during location hours: Vote in-person at any of these 4 community centers: Aurora Hill, Langston-Brown, Madison, and Walter-Reed
— Questions? Click here: https://vote.arlingtonva.us/Early-Voting
4. Vote in Person
Polling locations will be open on November 3 from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Social distancing and mask wearing will be enforced. To find your polling place, visit: https://vote.arlingtonva.us/Polling-Places
Whether you’re casting your ballot for me to continue on the County Board or not, please vote. This election is too important to sit on the sidelines!
Stay well,
Libby
